I had Weed for several classes, and what people don't understand is that he is trying to get students to work and think. You are supposed to read books in college! I hated the class. N/m that I was sick all semester.. He's tough, confusing, and a nut. I disagreed with him in so many ways, but he made me think. I look back now and wish I had become a poli sci major. Never had a prof made me think so well/hard even tho his class sucked. I just hope most students learn to THINK from him and not get brainwashed!

Whoever said that BS about getting a C for writing papers leaning to the right is way off. If you make a persuasive argument on EITHER side, Weed will give you fill credit. Oh the expressiveness of his stump! We need more good old fashioned red leftists at KSC. He is brilliant, but I wish he'd teach a class on Marx. Just Marx and nothing else. Doesn't baby students but the workload is reasonable. Very passionate, which is refreshing! Most teachers play it safe, not him
