He is funny and relaxed. He tried to instill a positive and stress free class environment. I will tell you team work is a major theme in this class. There are weekly team projects that he will ask you to during class then present at the end of class. His tests can be hard if you don't know your material in depth. Overall, you should get at least B+

a lot of homework, need to read a lot, 10 pages innovation report, 2 big team project and few small team exercises. 25% for midterm, 25% final with multiple choice and short essay. He is good professor, reduce some of homeworks in the end of the semester and he willing to listen feedback from the students.

He likes to talk about his experiences in the business world be prepared. Relatively simple class. Be sure to read the textbook and especially his lecture notes that he posts prior to tests. 4 tests, 1 dropped, no quizzes.

Comment:
I thought he was a pretty cool guy with all his experience in international business and he genuinely wanted to talk to us as students. But he kept asking stupid question and going off the curriculum so we ended up learning a lot less about truly fascinating topics. So although the density of his course is uh short, and many people slept, it was ok

He was ite. The class in itself is boring but the work is relatively easy. 4 exams, 3 of which that counts. No hw. No quizzes.

The structure of the class is very simple- 4 tests, each on 4 chapters. If you print out his lecture notes that he posts on Blackboard, and read the chapters thoroughly (and memorize/know), the test will be an easy 100. You can easily fall asleep during class and he wont care, but he is very helpful.

There is very little structure to his lectures and he constantly belittles his students. Not a very pleasant or informative learning environment. He gives very little helpful feedback and generally doesn't care if students get anything out of his rants or not.

TONS of reading in this class but all very interesting and relevant topics. This class gives you a great foundation in what it takes to run an international business - politics, tariffs, government control and company reach are all covered. 2 group papers and 1 exam worth 65 percent of your grade! Memorize everything!

Professor Wymbs is fantastic. There is a LOT of reading for this class, but he does a great job of putting everything together and discussing it in the context of current events. He covers a lot of ground but you will finish the class knowing a lot more than you did before you started. Definitely Recommended.

If you want to waste your time, and not learn anything useful - take this class. His tests are awful - got nothing to do with what he 'teaches' in class, and your grade doesn't reflect your knowledge. 2 group project of 10! people make it impossible to do anything useful. Definitely wouldn't recommend him at all.

The class material is easy and very boring, but his sense of humor and laid back attitude cheers you up. There are 2 tests, 2 group and 1 personal presentations. Exams have essay questions which come directly from his syllabus. If you make a good cheat sheet, you'll do fine.

He is amazing! Classes are interesting, low-key and easy. The material is relevant, current and he's willing to explain anything and everything you may be confused by. His grading is dividied into 2 tests or optional paper & test, an easy currency report, participation and final exam. He's well-versed in this field, definitley take him!

This professor is the worst. Period. You have a syllabus - and it'll be useless. He has no idea what he's teaching. You don't learn a thing about internet marketing. He basically has no idea what he's doing, which in turn results in exam with materials he didn't teach. You will want to stab yourself in the eye in this class.

Not for nothing, he is a great prof. the course description does not justify it. Its more on relationship marketing strategy using internet as a resource and websites as technological tool. More conceptual not technical At All.

He gives a lot of work but the course is more time-consuming than difficult. You actually learn in his class and the lectures are very relaxed. So I guess the best way to describe it is time-consuming, not difficult and in a weird way entertaining. I got an A, but I worked for it.

this professor is very hard. too much work for a 3000 level class. he give a stupid international project which is just crazy, a currency exercise, a group project, and different cases to read for the final. try to avoid him if you can take other prof. he gives way too much work and if you have more than 4 classes, do NOT take him.
