Even if photography is not your major or minor, take this class! Dan is the best professor at Marist, no doubt. He is super goofy and makes an effort to make every class enjoyable and laid-back. This class really doesn't feel like a class. There are a couple "tests" and a paper or two, but they are not difficult at all. Dan's the man!!

honestly, my major has nothing to do with photo, but if all my teachers for my major were like dan, not only would i be passing with flying colors, but i'd be more excited about life after college...fantastic teacher, couldn't say a bad thing about him, always there for helping you and really knows his stuff

Great teacher, great person. So long as you do your work and make an effort, you'll do well in class. A very open minded individual who is incredibly knowledgable about what he teaches while being just a tad bit crazy. Never is a dull class. Enjoy the random "final exam activities."
