Comment:

Raver's favorite word is "Kaizen." He loves all things dealing with Total Quality Management. His analogies, such as the three-legged chicken, were priceless. Definitely one of the best professors I had during my four years there. When I am rich, I will come back to Geneva and present him with the gas-guzzling Lincoln he always wanted.
