Amazing teacher who selected amazing graduate assistants who marked incredibly fairly. Very kind lady who wants the best for her students. Lectures were boring, rushed and often left us asking more questions than we have answers. Excellent use of technology.

She would help you during the test!The tests are usually very easy,but if you forget a small detail then she takes off a lot of marks.

Comment:

Her teaching style is a little unorthodox, and it is crucial that you learn how to draw exactly her way. I remember arguing over her unclear wording of a question that got me 0 marks, but should have gotten me full marks due to the ambiguity of what she asked for. After putting up a fight, she gave me one mark just to make me go away.

This was supposedly the easiest semester for this course ever TY!!! She was chill until like the last week. This course grade is mainly based on GAs (cannot switch them based on last name unfortunately). If you get a good GA you can get a higher grade like 2-10% higher. I was stuck with a bad GA and still got an 80.

Not a fan one bit. Terrible professor, not very accessible luckily the class wasn't hard so it was do-able. But avoid her if possible

She does not know how to teach, she doesn't give you enough time to practice in class, so u have to do the rest at home. She assigns you a portfolio and would not accept the hard copy, will have to scan 100's of pages and then convert them to pdf's and then upload them. I wouldn't recommend this prof but if you have no choice, go for it.

Comment:

She isn't nearly as bad as some people think. I actually liked she didn't just stand there reading slides. Just make sure you practice the drawings and that you know the basics. There will be no way you can fail if you do. She will call you out if you're being loud in class, unlike most professors. But she is willing to help when you need it.

She is not in tune to what her students need in terms of learning. She didn't understand that some are less experienced than others when it comes to drawing which made it very difficult for a lot of students who are very self conscious about their drawing abilities. She is however, a genuinely nice person if you ever get a chance to speak to her.

Have you ever felt helpless, like you did everything right but you are being punished anyway? Take Pusca's class. Her demeanor and attitude problems are unbearable at times. Just be sure to do everything her way, literally memorize every little miniscule method of hers, or else you will get docked marks. Thank God she only taught half of the sem.

Teaches one huge valuable lesson that is valuable in your career. It's not about doing things the right way, but your boss' way. I wish a better professor taught this class.

She pretends to have an "interesting" style of teaching and stresses that she hates PowerPoints and would rather make the class more interactive. 1) She can't control the class. 2) She moves too quickly. 3) She's rude. Three ingredients for a chaotic classroom with a terrible teacher. Worse university experience so far.

Very tough grader. To succeed, NEVER argue with her and do questions EXACTLY her way, down to every minor detail. She has tendency to move too quickly throughout her explanations which makes it more difficult with her accent.

Terrible prof. Whenever someone asked for help she told them that we learned it a week ago and moved on. Anyone offer to go up to the front when she asked got absolutely ripped apart. Sassy and is a tough grader. Takes away marks if you ask her what you get wrong on a test. Very unapproachable.

The most unreasonable and rude professor I've ever had in a long and diverse history of post secondary education. A student argued marking on a question for a test, she re-marked his whole test to find other errors and he ended up with less than he had before. Good luck getting part marks. And don't approach her for help, she's an illogical maniac.

Great Professor! When I could not understand a certain topic, she spent an hour helping me understand. Her grading criteria is clear and if you get your work done and go to every lab, you will pass with an A no problem! Just don't be a jerk in class or she WILL call you out
