Took this class a Dutchess Community College. He also teaches at Marist. His grading sysyem is horrbile, and his personal views are even worst. He is a typical lefty teacher in college.

The testing was horrible. In truth the way each question was worded was incomprehensible at most times. If you talk to him about it he will say he doesn't write the exams(SO MAYBE HE SHOULD!)His teaching methods are flawed and his grading system is far worse. He's nice but that matters not when trying to achieve a great grade at a college level.

Nice guy but grading system isnt grade.Every point off tests/quizzes is a point off ur average.But he does offer extra credit so that helps.Quizzes are pretty tough so read text carefully.Quizzes are based soley on texts, final/midterm are based on notes.He is liberal which gets annoyhing if ur not one, but im conservative but got an A anyway.

Perhaps the most frusturating educator I've ever had here. He treats the textbook and his notes as if they're exclusive, and punishes you for bringing in outside information. His grading system can be defined as erratic, and he would summarily dismiss a student's opinion rather than admit to being incorrect. I found him a total disappointment.

Terrible Teacher. He has no real idea on how to teach a relevant college class. He believes his college students are children, and is very unclear about tests. His grading system is flawed, and each point off is a point off your final grade. Essays are ok, but multiple choice are impossible as he asks the most obscure questions. Avoid!
