Comment:

Professor Li was easily the best professor I had. Although attendance was mandatory, if you missed class for something (sick, observation) he let you make it up with a short essay. His tests followed what he was teaching and he gave study lists. He did crack jokes a few times and he is overall knowledgeable in what he does. TOTALLY TAKE HIM!! :)

Comment:

This professor definitely knows the material, however is very strict with his grading and expectations. Not to mention he is extremely rude when you ask for extra help outside of the classroom. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, however if you get stuck with him like I did, good luck.

Definitely be sure to ask him to explain your final paper. The rubric and what he says are very different from one another. The class is fairly simple. Before the tests he puts up all the lectures and in class he just goes over the lectures. It's not hard but you do need to study and be prepared for the tests.

This professor makes the course about a thousand times harder than it needs to be. He is hard to understand and his exams are cruel. He get questions from random sentences of the textbook . He reads off a powerpoint as notes and this creates a very boring class.

very rude when you have a question that isn't an obvious answer, Li reads off the power point and has little else to offer, it didn't help that the class was completely useless but he certainly did not make it interesting or helpful in the least

He's okay. He is nice, but he doesn't make his expectations for projects/papers clear. His tests can be tricky...you have to study all of the little facts to get a great grade. If there is a better professor I'd take him/her first.

Such a cute little man. He is hysterical, really tries to get you motivated for discussions. Work load is simple. The tests are so easy. Take him, he is great!

He is a great professor. Very nice too. If you go to class, and do the review sheets you will do good on the tests. The paper and other assignments are not to bad, and you will get a good grade on them as long as you do them. I defintely recomend taking the class with him.

Ridiculously easy, if you want to put a bit of work into it and pay attention. He's a good professor, though - very organized, and knows what he's talking about. Attendance is a factor in the grade (starting with your first) - don't plan on skipping much.
