Before taking his courses, I like to know that I had a extremely high background in computer animation and graphics. But Dr. Chang really knows his stuff he is extremely bright and a mathematical and coding genius. His understanding of math and animation 2D/3D and bridging the gap to between the to is mind bending.

Not the best teacher. His lectures are very unorganized, but the material isn't the most difficult to learn on your own. His projects are rather easy, they just take time. He's a nice guy and easy to get along with.

This guy's english is terrible, and his classroom presentation is mostly useless. The graphics class though is really cool, even though the assignments are time-consuming. My advice is to study the slides and learn with online resources.

Does indeed mutter but if you look at the board and decifer what he wrote the mutter makes sence. Grade weighted more on projects usally. Make sure to take notes other wise he wont make sence. No idea where hes grades come from. We call him the magic eight ball when it comes to grades. Don't expect to get an A unless you over achieve.Overall easy B

It is true that he tends to mutter, but really he is a good guy and if you make an effort you will get a pretty good grade. You really have to be self motivated if you're taking a class with him. He really makes an effort though, and if you try, you will be ok.
