Comment:

He is a pretty smart guy he is just a little disorganized teaching this class. He starts every class with a 30 minute recap of where we were the class before, which gets annoying after a while. I've heard people say he's rude, etc but personally never witnessed it. He was always pretty willing to answer questions and respond to emails.

I'm pro D-Mac, I think he is a great prof. His office door is always open and he is a really nice guy once you get to know him. I don't know why he has such a low rating, I've taken 2 courses with him and would take a third.

This professor is really difficult to work with. His attitude is caustic, demoralizing, condescending and demeaning. He produces lecture slides that are un-edited and non-sensical. His style of lecturing is unorganized, and rambling. He is a prime example of the poor quality of teaching staff at Robson Hall. The worst part is the poor attitude

Perfect example of why some profs should JUST be doing research. The law school is lucky to have some great profs, Darcy is not one of them. Incoherent prof - horrible assignments - horrible attitude.

I still have nightmares about this prof. After taking his class I decided there was no way I could ever do that type of law. Thank god I had him in second year and not first - I may have decided if this is who is in the profession I don't want to be part of it. Stay away if possible.

Worst ever! CANNOT overstate how obnoxious this prof is. He is a total moron, but is too dumb to know it. He makes so many mistakes and almost cries if you call him on them cause of his insecurities. Laughs at own jokes. Plays favorites. Random marks. I concur with the other comments on this page. Avoid him at all costs, your career depends on it!

I agree with mostly everyone else who rated this so-called professor! He is a rude, uncaring man who cares more about pointing out how wonderful he is than dealing with any concerns you may have. He should ONLY be teaching optional courses...it wasn't fair that we are forced to suffer through his course. It's four months that I can't get back!!!

truly incompetent. regularly mixes up party names and/or positions (lessor/lessee etc.) which confuses his already-convoluted points. despite these inexcusable mistakes, he has a position at Robson Hall. he brings down the entire faculty's reputation.

Why is there no Zero? Thats what this "thing" that calls himself a prof should get. A whole bunch of zeros. Even he should be able to add up that score, regardless of his intellectual ineptitudes in every other aspect of life. Thinks he is cool by calling everyone by the're last names. Hello, Mr. Anderson. This man is dangerous. He is never ever ever wrong despite how obvious it is to everyone!! (despite the fact he is a moron, younger than most of the class, and never even went to undergrad!)
