Pochan is a great prof. He tries to keep his lectures as interesting as possible and makes it sooo easy to get a good grade. Homework isnt graded, tests are open EVERYTHING and he loves extra credit. As engineers taking the course, i dont understand some of this bad feedback. You should find this class far easier than any other required courses

Apparently he used to curve and the class was easy. Its not easy anymore and he does not have a curve so watch out! Homework's are extremely hard and take a long time. His tests are nothing like his notes and you will not have enough time to finish them. You can use laptop on test but its still impossible.

Probably one of the most unfair teachers I have ever had. Everything he tells you to study is never on the exam. Exams are WAY to long for an hour basically the entire class does not finish. Never take this class if you dont have too especially with POCHAN.

Exams are open book, but lectures aren't that helpful, covers material but those are boring and not that clear, they're also straight out of the book

He is one of the best professors I had. He just want you to know the material in the course well. He is not out to trick you, very straight forward. tests are really easy, if you don't do the HW though, they will get you.

MECHANICAL-Class is generally slow, but concepts really very interesting/practical. Pochan can be boring as well, but its more due to the natureof the class. Very easy class. Test1 is CAKE. Test2 bit more tricky.Final was test1 stapled to test2,no joking, just different numbers in questions.HW was completion grade, so do it.Easy A with little effort

This class was pretty easy. Just do you homework, because it is a big chunk of you grade, but it is graded fairly leniently. study your notes for the exams, because what he stresses heavily in class will show up on your exam.

not as boring as Gillepsie, but still a joke, nice guy, is helpful if you need it, no need to goto lectures, they are "read-from-the-slide" powerpoints straight from the text. DO the homework, the test questions are just like the HW, and read the text too, I went to 4 lectures besides tests/quizes and got a B
