He was not that bad. Very nice and approachable. When you need help, he tried his best to help you. Only thing is he grades pretty harsh. He'll mark down points for little things like not putting your name in the right place.

Hard to believe Prof. Preston has that comment written below. He is a very, very good teacher. He knows physics inside and out. His lecture is easy to understand. He comes an hour early to go over any questions. His grading is more then fair. He will be teaching for a long time =)

Dr. Preston is helpful and makes regular time outside of class to help students. He sometimes assumes his class is more advanced than it is, and skips over some basics. He is VERY FAIR with his exam grades, and does give points just for attempting problems (even if you're way off!). His exams are very difficult but he is a nice professor.

Best teacher in physics ever.Probably the only one who really cares if you learn something.He tells the students the final "everybody knows about physics now,so ace the exam!"He takes his office hours time to tutor the class. Teaches 2x for the same price.
