Great professor. Entertaining lectures. Transforms an incredibly difficult course into something you can actually look forward too. The way he teaches the class means that even years later I still remember the core concepts. Plus it's always fun to see him dress up for Halloween!

Amazing professor for the most difficult first year HK course. He really knows what he is talking about and takes personal interest in every single student. His weekly quizzes are really convenient because if he were to test anymore material at once it would be nearly impossible to do well. Knew everybody by first name by the end of the year.

This class was so much fun and very interesting! Andrews is the best prof I have had so far - even if his class IS difficult and requires a lot of work. Do your readings, study daily for weekly tests and take it seriously and you should do fine!

Andrews is amazing. The best prof I've had yet. He made a very difficult subject a lot easier for a lot of us. A test a week can be stressful, but it helped immensely for the final. He actually cares if you succeed, and actually knows his students. By the end of the year he could name off all 248 of us. I wish I could take this course again!

Dr. Andrews is the nicest professor ever. Willing to spend as much time as needed to go over material outside of class. The textbook is absolutely mandatory and a lot of information to attain, however Dr. Andrews makes the class enjoyable and funny with his jokes!!! You do have to work very hard and devote a lot of study time to the material.
