The reason people say he's disorganized is because he's trying to teach how to write a proof; one always has to muck around a bit before it all becomes clear. That's what he's trying to teach you to do. Proofs are way more obscure when presented authoritatively anyway. Also the material is easy.

Don't listen to them. If you read the notes he posts on the web and go over the proofs BEFORE class, then you won't be confused! Bryant is a nice guy and goes out of his way to help you if you just ask. The class is always interesting.
