Comment:

You get out what you put in. Uses a book he wrote but he has been a practicing lawyer for 20+ years so he is full of knowledge. Only problem is 3 hour can get pretty boring. If you pay attention you'll do great. I got an A due to his pretty awesome grading criteria and option for strategically opting out of a test. sneaky clauses benefit students

Comment:

There was only two tests and three large assignments. He is a super nice guy and is really informed on the law. I took Civil Lit with him and it was really long, dry lectures. That's all you ever do. He is super easy about coming late or leaving early as long as you are quite about it.

Comment:

He's a practicing litigator with 20+ years of experience, so he knows his stuff. He hands out copies of the PowerPoints to save us from having to frantically copy the notes. He invites class discussion so long as it stays on topic. He is very helpful, but don't wait to the last minute; he's an adjunct professor who has a very busy law practice.

Good teaching knows what he is talking about, but the class is very dry and boring. His power points are about 20 years old and he sticks to them, dont ask him a question he will get flustered...
