He is the reason I'm in psychology to this very day. Loved him, loved his class. So animated, and he showed a genuine interest in the subject. Loved him.

I have finished my undergraduate degree at U of T. Prof Goldstein is one of the best professors I have ever had. Despite my ADD, I am able to follow what he says. He is very fair when dealing with students, while other professors can be corrupt. He is interested in making students better people. I admire him very much.

Comment:

Goldstein's method of teaching was definitely unorthodox - covering specific parts of a topic for an entire lecture and leaving everything else out. What he did teach you, however, was taught in a way very unique among prof's - it was almost like when he instructed he wasn't giving a lecture as much as telling us a story. Overall, a very good prof!

One of those profs who just goes on and on about everything...stuff he talks about is interesting and complements the readings well but he should be a better presenter. It's sometimes painful to sit through hours of lecture, knowing that it really only takes 30 minutes to go over it all.
