David is one of my favorite professors. He takes time to learn about each of his students and enjoys philosophical discussions. He gives no tests and next to no homework. A few short papers are due here and there. He is very approachable, understanding and overall a very kind man who cares about everyone he teaches.

Kite is definitely passionate about his teachings, however, the class isn't as much and we are all there to learn, not to listen to off-topic lectures. Class is almost pointless, as all you do is review the readings for homework. Group projects incorporate these topics and so do papers, but his teaching style is definitely poor. Dull and boring.

Pretty boring inclass and takes super long pauses while speaking. I calculated once class and he paused for a total of 14 minutes throughout the 75 minute class. This being said he gives interesting assignments, manageable readings and extensions on all papers if you give him more than 24 hour notice. He also gives extra credit and drops bad grades

I hated this class. I was going through a rough time last semester and asked for 2 extensions. David told me I could pass and then granted them to me. He changed his mind and emailed me the day after our last class so that I couldn't confront him. Other students who weren't in my shoes also had horrible experiences with him.

I might be missing something but I had know idea that scientific revolutions were entirely based on philosophy. Each day, in SCIENTIFIC REVOLUTIONS, begins with a question with is then answered with another question, so on and so forth until the final question is answered with a general statement like "because that is the nature of the object".

Very good teacher for this class. Works to explain it and is very helpful. He allows those who get it to leave early and stays to work with others. Also reschedules quizzes etc if people aren't really getting the material.

Prof. Kite is an excellent teacher. Answers all questions promptly, explains completely, keeps it all very interesting. Is reasonable with grading, all in all an inspiring teacher. I found him fascinating rather than boring. I took in Online and he still made it do-able.

Doctor Kite is a boring teacher, but effective in many ways. He knows his material and is very smart. It would be helpful if he livened up the class a little more. Hey Gang! HE HE! If you have taken this class you know what i mean.
