He's pedantic when it comes to grading. Gives a hard 25% reduction "if late, incomplete, if the instructions arent correctly followed or the scoring rubric is not attached."

Horrible teacher I had an online and in-person class with him both which were terrible. gives very vague instructions and then we'll get mad at you and grade you horribly for not understanding them. If you ask some questions he won't give you an answer he'll just tell you to work harder. in class all he talks about is that he sponsored by Nike.

WORST prof you could ever have. Gives extremely unclear instructions for assignments and grades insanely hard when things arent exactly the way he wants it. When I reached out to ask why I was failing even though I followed his instructions, I wasnt given any feedback and was simply told try harder .... Ive never tried so hard for a class

This is the worst instructor I have ever had. He has a 1 credit Wellness class and he is awful. His introduction was basically this is a hard 1 credit. Well, the class itself is not hard but he is a very discouraging person since most of the class wound up with E's on all his assignments. He is disorganized, self absorbed and obnoxious!

I wouldn't recommend skipping if you meet once a week, most of test material is from the actual textbook (so please read!), pay attention to rubric when writing a paper;he is very specific. Lectures are not interesting, sometimes goes off on a tangent that isn't relevant to book material. There is extra credit available.

Unreasonable expectations for a 1 credit course. Instructions for papers are unclear and graded unfairly. Unreasonable timed quizzes (5 mins for 15 questions). Didnt give accommodations without due prompting.

I have never had such a hard gym class. This course was 1 credit and I can honestly say it was harder than the calculus 2 class I was in at the time. David is really rude and not a fair grader by any means. If you miss a class you get an automatic zero on everything that day including exams and quizzes. Would taking him.

By far the worst professor I have EVER had!! He is a rude and mean professor. He would mark me down for things I shouldn't have been marked down for, such as questions that he specifically told us to write down from the book. Overall he is absolutely terrible and no one should ever EVER take him. No one should be subject to such awful teaching.

He is very intelligent, but has no idea how to connect to students. I learned nothing that I actually retained. I have never in my life ever had such a terrible professor. He literally doesn't care about you. He fails as a teacher, he is a disgrace to the teaching community. I don't even know how he still has a teaching license. He is a really tough grader, I took him online and he refused to help me because he thinks thats how you build character. BULL.

Dr. Legg is a very knowledgeable professor, he just lacks at the teaching aspect. All of his quizzes offer an extra credit portion. He offers many extra credit opportunities in class which makes up for points you may have missed. I would suggest reading the required text and doing homework thoroughly in order to make sure you get the grade you want

This was the hardest 1 credit class I've ever taken. Legg was a very hard grader, and didn't give good feedback on is grading. There was 5 minutes to take a 15 question quiz and an hour to take an 85 question exam. The only reason I passes this class was because the exam was literally every quiz question in order and the same answers.

I took LW220 online with Dr. Legg and it is quite possibly the hardest online class I have taken. We only get 5 minutes on a 15 question quiz that sometimes doesn't even have questions that were covered in the reading material. Dr. Legg is also an insanely tough grader when it comes to the papers that you must submit. Would not take again.

Beware! I made an account specifically for this instructor's LW220 etc. 1 credit class felt like a 4 credit class. Insanely strict on time (seconds past the hour late), grading (follow rubric to a T or you lose), recycles assignments/projects and is very stern/strict/loud. Pointlessly difficult boot camp college course. Would not take again!

Legg is a smart man, but does not know how to teach. His instructions are unclear and his feedback on assignments is awful, answering with good or incorrect answers. For a 2 credit class the workload is more like a 4 credits. He is very specific on what he wants and is a very tough grader. I would not recommend taking his class.

I would not recommend taking this class online, with Dr. Legg. The amount of work that he shoves into this 7 week class is ridiculous. On a weekly basis you are expected to read 2 chapters, 2 units, 2 discussion boards, 4 responses which account for 5pt. Tried asking about a grade I received and was told to review the instructions more closely.

This guy is smart but he can't teach. I took him for a 1 credit class and paid twice as much for the required material than I did for the credit. This class could be taught with just a course pack. His instructions were not clear on several assignments and you have under a minute per question for his quizzes. He managed to make a simple class hard.

Legg was very intimidating at first, but you'll find he's a funny, charismatic guy. He does demand respect and he will have it. You have to be responsible for you, and he will not baby you, but that doesn't make him a bad person. His first priority is himself just as yours is to yourself. He will provide you with the knowledge you need to ass.

Dr. Legg's alright. It is pretty easy to pass the class, but it takes some work to get an A. He gives out lots of EC. He cracks some jokes in class, but is often really serious. He is pretty heavy on reading the book. He is a great teacher, but he does not teach everything in class. Most things on the test are from the book. Strict grader on HW.

Dr. Legg is a very blunt and honest. He will make you feel like you earned the grade. He does not want to see his students fail. He knows what he is doing. He has a sense of humor. He can be overwhelming with his discipline. He is very intense. He does not tolerate tardiness. Homework is vague at times. He moves at a fast pace with book work.
