Awesome teacher, so understanding and down to earth. So personable with his students. He definitely makes you work for your grade but its all well- worth it. Don't knock him because you're not a theatre major- get over it and actually try and retain what he teaches you, you can use it.

He is a great teacher, and his classes are really interesting. Sometimes though, you wonder where he is going with some of his exercises. Attendance isn't mandatory, but show up and participate in his classes, and he will give you a good grade! Otherwise, he won't.

David McDonald really helped me progress as an actor in Acting II. He knows what he's talking about, and although it took me the entire semester to get the point, I learned a lot from his class and no doubt earned the B that I got. He will make you work for your grade, but the work you do in class is much more rewarding.
