Comment:

The best Professor I've ever had! I took my first CRJ class with him back in 2004. I am currently a 2L at Emory Law School and I was a still able to remember cases such as Reefer Madness, People v Chapple & Mapp v Ohio to name a few. I was able to retain the information he taught me 10 years ago and apply it in law school! Wish I could thank him!

AMAZING TEACHER. He takes his class serious, and hates when people get up and leave early or text. But he will just make fun of them right after it happens. He made the book you use for class which is like 15 bucks, and the way he goes over the cases very thorough and has clever ways to make u remember things. Go to class and you will pass

Awesome had him for 207 and I beleive 104. CANNOT GET A BETTER TEACHER PERIOD. Not one teacher in this school has used so many clever ways to ensure you remember the important facts on tests and quizzes. Pogue rocks!The best teacher at MCC, he makes you want to learn more about the cases through his funny antics. I still remember 3 skips and a dip and always will thanks to him. Take con law and criminal evidence with him. Just be on time to class because he will put you on blast.

i thought the first day that it would be HELL! but he is the best professor at MCC! 3 exams arent that hard if you go to class, take notes, and brief your cases. take his class! and get ready for these quotes: reefer madness, getting by and getting high, the only difference between love and herpies is that herpies last forever haha! amazing guy!
