Class was boring. SO BORING. He was disorganized and test weren't the greatest as some questions were on topics we never covered. But you can still bs them(I did and got mid 70s on both). A majority of points you get from assignments that aren't tests so if you do well on that tests dont matter. Only real drawback was how boring he was

Rude, inconsiderate, and very low-energy. His tests don't line up with what he lectures on, and often they have wrong or conflicting answers. He also doesn't really use email and is impossible to get a hold of via Canvas or during office hours. Barely made it out with a decent grade .. you can survive his class, but take someone else if you can.

He is by far the worst professor at JMU. He does not make his own tests and the answers on the tests were wrong. When i corrected the midterm, it took him the rest of the semester to give us like 3 points back even though more than 9 questions were wrong. Also, he never goes to his office hours because he is "to busy".

What everyone else said. His slides are often contradictory, his tests are not related to the slides (even though he'll tell you they're the best resource), he's disorganized, picky about grading but your bad grade tends to be his fault, etc. Even if he likes you he'll dock you points for no apparent reason.

I also had him for 480 and 482 as I am in the HAP major. DO NOT JOIN THIS MAJOR. It is seriously one of the WORST decisions I've made in my life.. I'm graduating late because of this man. He's rude. unclear about assignment,tests, projects, etc. I cant stress enough to stay away from this program!

If you are thinking about HAAP this is the first class u take. If you do poorly, do not go on..change your major. it does not get better and he will be your teacher for 3 more horrible classes where an A is not possible. Your GPA will plumit. I got an A in anatomy,chem,etc. so even if you think your smart and dont want to listen,at least I WARNED U

This class is ridiculous. His lectures will put you to sleep and his tests are nothing that he teaches. I studied for 6 hours for the final and got a 65? Hes really uptight and doesnt care about his students. It sucks going from a really good teacher the first half of the semester to an awful one the second half..DONT TAKE THIS CLASS!

Well after studying for HOURS I got a 61 on the test. The class average was a 63 and he does not curve at all. He takes attendance every day, the lectures are so boring, a gened level 100 should not be this hard. DO NOT TAKE, unless you want a C or D.

Never went to class or even see the professor until the day we took the final. i only went to the classroom twice, dropping off 1 of the only 2 homework assignments before he even showed up. Still got a B. Yeah, the tests are hard. But come on, you take them in your dorm room. It doesn't take a genius to figure out how to pass them.
