If you have to take CIS2050 take it ONLINE with prof Medlin!! This is the easiest class in the world to get an A in no joke. Only graded by 4 tests that are very very easy

Dr. Medlin's online class is super easy, take if you are looking for an A. But be aware that she is a HORRIBLE teacher. She is not willing to work with her students and goes back on her word very often. She is extremely rude and she does not communicate well with her students; she will ignore your emails more often than not.

I understand Global is an online elective class, but it'd be nice to actually have learned something valuable beyond how to make small talk about my assigned country. Medlin is a badass outside of this class, however, I don't think she read any of the assignments she graded...? Easy A.

Dr. Medlin's class was my favorite this semester. Each week we wrote a short one page paper and then in class we discussed everyone's papers. The final project was a Prezi and a... maybe 5 minute presentation. A very low stress class, but very informational and fun to attend. I didn't even want to skip class! (no textbook)

Absolutely wonderful. Helped in and out of class.Crystal clear on how to do things.Definately a Professor to take to learn, get a good grade, and get the inside scoop on how to take advantage of the CIS department.

Very friendly professor, and will go way out of her way to help students in searching for and getting jobs and internships. Her classes dont last long at all, and they've been putting her in a lot of new classes, so in the newer classes, she's learning as you do. Great lady, though - very sweet!

Dr. Medlin is someone I still talk about after 2 years. She is truly the best teacher at Appalachian. There is nothing she will not do for her students. I do not know what I would have done without her. SHE IS FABULOUS!

Wonderful teacher who is very helpful. Anyone can make an A in this class if you just attend. She gives quizzes frequently, which are easy but if you aren't there you will fail.
