Dean's nice guy, but a little set in his ways. He'll tell you your answer is wrong and then proceed to give you the correct one: your own answer reworded. He's the quintessential English professor and the master of corny jokes. You should be fine with him.

such a friendly guy...talk to him and he will WANT to get to know you. Makes the class that much easier. He isn't teaching anymore though because he moved on to a better position but is still able to say hi to old students.

he's a great person and knows alot about what he teaches. the only problem i found is that he's very stuck in his ways. if your thoughts or essays aren't "by the book" you'll have a tough time...he's one of those profs you have to adjust to. good otherwise!

Never got above a B+ but was always 'close'. It was an easy class and he's a nice guy but it was boring. Discussions were pretty okay some quiz questions were virtually pointless and overall if you have problems paying attention in most classes thisisnot4
