She does not post any slides and there was no review in class or online for both midterms and exams, she marks very hard and does not give students the best chance to succeed in her class.

She hands out bonus marks like the nicest house on the block for Halloween. With a bunch of heavy classes, this did wonders to help maintain my stress. Nicest prof I have seen at Laurier. While you can technically miss a class, be prepared to read a 75 pg chapter to catch up as she does not post her slides.

pretty annoying and stupid that she needs us to literally post in a dropbox every single class, a word document saying "I was in class". Also pretty stupid that every week there are discussion questions for participation. If she really seems to care this much about students coming to class and participating maybe justuse iclickerslikeeveryotherprof

Deb was a great Instructor. She is very passionate about what she teaches and wants her students to succeed. The marking breakdown is very fair, and the tests are not to difficult if you go to class and do the assigned readings. She also allows for you to earn 100% on the integrative report which is worth 35% of your final grade. Highly recommend!

Least involved professor I've had to date. Told us to focus on certain topics for the midterm but then didn't ask us anything about the topics mentioned (focuses heavily on the little things and ignores major themes). Don't expect her to reply to emails within 2 business days (more like 5-10). Would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

Captivating speaker. I took every course that she taught and always loved the way she explained course material. Usually a lot of reading, and she pulled questions from both the textbook and specific lecture material, so make sure you attend class. Fair grader and always willing to answer your course questions.

Had her for online courses. Very clear as to what to expect on the midterm and exam. Yes, project is length but very straightforward. Not hard to accomplish an A in either PS275 or 276.

I took PS275 and PS276 online. Lots of material to readcover, but the content is not hard. If you do the readings and study, you will do well on the midterm and exam (in both classes) - tests are all MC. The term project in PS275 is pretty easy - if you put in a decent amount of effort, getting an A is no problem. Project in 276 is way lengthier.

I have had Dr. Glebe for both PS275 and PS276. I think her tests are extremely fair. As long as you do the required readings, you should have NO problems with the course(s). Tests are extremely straightforward and questions are directly from the readings. Overall she is a great prof and I enjoy her courses!

hates being corrected; she'll her justify her wrong-ness by being harsh and judgmental to you. know-it-all attitude compounded by a matter of fact way of saying it. long-winded replies to answers that literally only need a yes or no answer. hard marker. don't bother bringing your own ideas to class; act like a child in a new enviro. to get ahead

The class relies heavily on the use of the textbook but she does a good job of clarifying and expanding on the material from the textbook. Good notes. The material is boring but she tries very hard to sound enthusiastic while lecturing.

Horribly difficult and BORING course! WAY TOO much reading to be expected to learn from! This course should NEVER be just a 6-week DE course! Prof rarely answers emails on time! Marks took FOREVER to get back...we only had a mid-term, a paper and then a final...how hard is that marking?

Terrible Professor! Will never take another course with her again. More interested in her cell phone then teaching the class. NOT consistent in marking, very UNHELPFUL and unclear of expectations. TA and prof never on same page, and lecture classes were boring. Expected too much mind reading from students.

Way too much work load plus unclear marker and no real effort to actually teach rather than pass you a book to read.
