Her voice made it seem like it was story time. She is an easy grader on homework but gets a little viscous on tests and quizzes. We had an entire lesson that we had to do a group project on and I still not entirely sure of the subject matter. Plus we had a soldering project to turn in and she didn't go over how to do it.

Dr. Hall is a good teacher and she is fair. My first semester back in college. She seemed to go a little fast for me and I barely kept up. Lab assistant is there if you fall behind.

She is very fair. The grade you get is what you worked for. Clarity can be a little better, but she helps you if you need the extra attention. Very calm and gets straight to the point.

I love this class, the professor is very nice. She tends to talk like we're babies though. The only thing I hated was that if we weren't on the same page or we aren't getting the same calculations, she would make you sit there and try to figure it out yourself. Then she comes over and still holds up the class to help you figure out the problem.

Comment:

Poor excuse for an Engineering Professor. She legitimately tries to get everyone on the same page but in turn CONSTANTLY babies you. Grading can be very irregular from one assignment to the next. Failed one and aced another when both made the same mistakes. Easily could be a solid teacher if it weren't for the attitude and inconsistencies.

I think she's a mediocre instructor. If you already have some physics or electronics background, then I'm sure you'll be satisfied with her. If the material will be brand new to you, try to get someone else. I learned more from the lab assistant than I did from her. She came across as a bit patronizing; that can be annoying. Otherwise, not bad.

Difficult, goes through the class without stopping even though obvious nobody understands, takes many points off tests for small things, unclear about some assignments and labs, but will help if you asked directly

Doesn't teach much at all. Assigns an insane amount of homework then spends the next class period helping those that struggled through the previous assigned homework. She then teaches for 10-15 minutes on the subject the next homework assignment is on. Rinse and repeat. Being good at math I didn't have an issue, however fellow classmates suffered.

Teacher did not teach at all. Class was always dull because it was just guest speakers everyday. The work online is easy. Also for the projects have to spend a lot of time and money outside of the class. Really not worth 1 credit class if you ask me. Overall, class was easy, but boring and didnt learn much

Dr. Hall doesn't really teach in this class, it is all guest speakers. She is not understanding if you miss a class(even for being in the hospital) and attendance is worth 25% of your grade. Professor Hall is a amazeing professor, you can tell that she is passionate about what she teaches and she is always more than willing to help, Ive taken her twice so far. It dose not hurt that she is the most beautiful teacher at valencia.

Awesome teacher. Helps every student no matter how long it takes which kinda slowed the class down. Anyways her exams are only 5% each and she pretty much walks you through the assignments. Took her for summer easiest class so far

She didn't really teach so I can't judge her on it. Mostly it was just speakers coming in, take notes on one speaker because you will need it for the exam! All the assignments were online and it was a "team work" class. If you ask me I think this class should be more than 1 credit. I'd recommend her more for 1007.

Easy A in the class if you do the work and show up. She can be a bit condesending when you ask questions, her first reply is always "look in webCT" though her webCT is riddled with things and sometimes its not too clear, over all she is an average teacher, nothing to worry about.

She is an amazing teacher. Easy A. She is very nice and willing to help her students. You would want to go to class to learn the different types of lab materials. I like her so much I am taking her again next semester! Highly recommended!

I would have fallen asleep every class if the teacher wasn't so hot. Boring class, and you do alot of work for 1 credit. However, easy A if you do your homework every week. Posts homeowrk on WEBCT 1st class, so you can do everything the 1st week if you want. Frustrating if your group sucks.
