Deb was a delight, and I'll never forget her lectures. To all who think she is a tough marker, maybe you should have done your homework when she went over what not to include in your papers. Such as comma splices, expletive sentences and general wordiness. Her classes were never ever a bore and her tests are extremely fair. Great sense of humor!

People do not understand this woman, probably because she is way above them. She is AMAZING. One of the most intelligent people I have ever met in my life. Her insight is incredible and she is beyond kind. If you don't have an IQ over 110 don't bother taking her class, because you won't be able to appreciate her (refer to preceding ratings).

Read some of the others get real. She is one of the most knowledgable english profs around. If willing to listen and do work reward is good grade. She is far from a man hater just expects all in class to do the work. Ask her anything about course and she has the answer and will help if asked. I respect her alot.

DO NOT take english from this lady if you want above 70%. I have an 80% and this class dropped my mark so bad. I would ask her to review my essay and help me with the parts that needed working on, and then I would still get 50's and 60's.I am NOT stupid!
