Professor Zinicola was pretty amazing. She gives journals every week so add a lot of detail to them and you should be good. We got one quiz but your grade consists of the journals basically and project grades. Don't leave your projects for the last second like I did.

Dr. Zinicola is the best professor I've ever had! If you are considering taking her, just do it! She is the best and is so caring. She really wants you to do well and truly cares about each individual in her class. She always has a smile on her face and does not pressure anyone to participate. She's the best ! Child development is THE BEST class! I love Dr. Zinicola. Her assignments are always relevant, and she makes the material so interesting and easy to understand. Her class was always a party, and not to mention she's the best advisor if you're an environmental studies double major. The journals and projects are hard work, but you won't mind doing it

Amazing professor. She's sweet and makes class interesting and fun. There are weekly readings/journals that are time consuming so don't leave it to the last minute! Assignments require time and effort. If you ask for help she will definitely be there for you.

Prof. Zinicola is a great and kind teacher who really emphasizes class participation. For a CORE class it was a lot of work and our 5 page paper was very last minute. We knew the class before that our outline was due. Wasn't my favorite but she's not terrible

She is so nice and her class is fun. The projects she assigns are time consuming, but they were so interesting i didn't care. She lets you have some autonomy in your learning and always relates projects back to your personal views. She likes to hear from her students. I look forward to taking her in the future

BEST PROFESSOR EVER. Seriously, no matter what class it is if you can, TAKE HER. She is so helpful and so passionate about teaching. Her class is not a breeze but if you do your work and participate you will get an A. She seriously cares about her students so much it is inspiring.

She is beautiful! She is probably my favorite professor at SHU. She is very respectful, understand, caring, sweet, etc. Just do your assignments to the best of your ability and participate. She makes class fun and even will bring in food! She's GREAT!
