Poor teacher - goes on and on about how he has a PhD from Arkansas - he will dork you around telling you about his great grading scale that does nothing but cause more confusion. He is especially rude to women in his class and tells them that they have no place in the math, science and engineering fields -Take Marovich in Titusville and enjoy math.

Very abrasive and long winded. Retired but teaching. Will tell you you are stupid if you say the wrong thing. You can learn if you look past his personality. Never returned my imails. Goes WAY around the bush to get to a point sometimes but the tests aren't too bad if you do your homework.

Expects you to already know and understand EVERYTHING. Spends so much time telling you what he has come up with that you learn nothing about the subject. True he does give you his home number, but the fact that nothing relevant is covered in class is frustrating.

I personally belived that this professor was very helpfull. May be a little harsh, but makes up for it in teaching. Deffienatly know's what is going on, and how to teach given materal. May be hard to learn but deffiently well worth my time put in.

Liberal Arts is easy math credits for people that hate math. Don. Argo is an amazing teacher. He says things in ways that make them extremley unerstandable and does things in a fun way. Most of the class was spent teaching us how to use math at the casinos. I enjoyed being in class andI didn't even have to study for his tests. Easy math for people who don't like math.

one needs to pay attention, take notes, and do out of class studying to pass this class. all ya'll saying he's dull or boring probably sit in the back and try not to learn. grow up and stop assaulting such a dedicated professor. i mean he gave us his home phone in case we had trouble, he reviewed and would give you examples of A level questions.

Listen to the others who say he's unhelpful. In our class review, I don't think ANYONE selected "creates an environment in which you feel free to ask questions". He was arrogant, rude, and mean. Glad to hear he retired.
