Retired CPA, old school Southern gentleman, really knows what he's talking about. be aware that his exams are fill in the blank and short answers. You will need to show that you understand the concepts and terms. Study the glossary and understand the problems and you'll do fine.

Extremely nice old man. Retired CPA with tons of experience and stories. Class can get boring at times, but if you do homework, tests are easy. He is helpfull and will do a lot (prob. more than the dept. allows) to help you out. If you are a non-acct major, take him because you will get a good grade; however, you may miss out on some concepts
