I'm a SLP(10yrs). Had Dr. Robin for Motor Speech. I still refer to his lectures. He is a valuable researcher with the most current info.Stop crying and start studying. Push yourself. Know that the real world will be tougher on you than he ever was. You need the information he was trying to teach you and we need trained SLPs not whiners.

Dr Robin's class was by far the worst I've had. His teaching style is all over the place and he is really intimidating. Thank goodness he's leaving and won't inflict himself on any more students at this university

Dr. Robin thrives on intimidation!He is a horrible teacher(if you can even call it teaching.He is an even worse undergraduate advisor.His tests are a joke!He has no time to meet w/ students,he fancies himself a humanitarian-what a joke.Run as fast as you can from this guy!He'll ruin your life.

He is an ASS! He does a really good job of making you feel stupid and generally doesn't care how you do in his class. He is never around for help and loves to talk about himself. The only thing I have learned from his class is to never take it from him again!!!

We need another teacher and advisor. Material is interesting, but common sense. Yet his exams pull questions out of thin air. Even if you write exactly what he said in the lecture (in your own words), you won't get full credit. No idea what he wants! Takes forever to get an appt w/him, be warned!

All around cool guy. Easy yet relevant tests. Teaches you to be thoughtful and not emotional. Totally against rewarding, punishing, and assessing students. Does not think it is his job to fail students to weed them out of college. Great philosophies!
