I never actually took a class with professor Santeramo, but I had a meeting with him because he was the head of the department to discuss an awful professor from another class. Hands down the most caring passionate professor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting with. He really cares about students welfare and is an all around 10/10 guy.

Hands down my favourite professor at Queen's. I would recommend taking a course with him regardless of wether or not it pertains to your degree. He is extremely passionate about the subject and engages the class well, he also writes really fair/easy tests and exams. Work load is always very minimal in his classes and he is very accommodating.

Not too hard of a course. Donato is a super nice guy who is very understanding, I would definitely take another one of his courses. The guy is passionate, but gets on strange tangents, thats okay we all do. He is very smart, but forgets to articulate what is truly most important. I wish he focused more on sharing the literature with us than he did.

Donato is the best professors I have ever had. He is one of the few professors who take a genuine interest in his students. He inspired me with his work and I am still studying semiotics and I am about to commence doctoral work. Take his courses!!
