DR Chambers was an OK instructor. mostly lecture and since we met once a week half a book was expected a week. tests were open book but you should read and study or your participation will suffer. There is a group project too. She is a fair teacher too, I would suggest taking her.

Very nice prof. She would go through lessons very well and clarify things for people. Another very knowledgeable Spanish prof. She didn't make it to difficult, and I think she realized the people like me are non spanish majors.

She grew up in Puerto Rico so obviously she's an expert when it comes to speaking Spanish. Her quizzes aren't too bad and they prepare you for the department tests. There's enough homework to enforce what you're learning in class but it's not overwhelming. If I could I would definitely take her again.

I cannot say enough good things about Prof. Chambers. If you need a class that she is teaching, take it. She is helpful,approachable,and fair. She does have a strict attendance policy. She let me make up a test and all the work I missed when I was sick for a week.nJust go to class and pay attention.

An easy grader - I got an A with little effort, Will yell at students for missing class - seriously overreacts when it comes to attendance. Don't be late or leave early. Can be very nice and helpful - but definately has a mean streak in her.
