Doug by far is the best professor I have had since I began attending MCC, he creates a great learning environment that makes learning that much easier. Its not that his classes are push overs but that he does a great job of finding ways to covert more complex information into simple ideas, so students are able to grasp and understand the material.

Doug is the best! He makes you want to come to class because of his teaching style. He's a great teacher, who makes you laugh and learn every class. Another great thing is that he made sure that we all understood the topics by connecting them in a way that we would all remember them. Really, Doug makes the class easy and really enjoyable.

Doug is a fantastic teacher. First off, he teaches well, with great examples and stories that allow you to remember the content. Also, he is the funniest teacher I've ever had. Everyday you will learn something useful, and you will laugh and enjoy it. I highly suggest taking a class with Doug, whether you are in the Physical Education field or not!

Doug is the absolute BEST. He is hilarious and loves to keep his class entertained, but still manages to make it interesting to learn about health. He rarely makes you stay the entire time, and lets you leave early if needed. He gave me an A when I literally was probably the laziest in the class. I highly recommend!

Doug is the the poster person for a great teacher.He's hilarious, he keeps your attention, he doesnt ever make you stay the whole class. Tests and quizzes are to the point, you know it or dont. He doesnt BS you, but at the same time, you learn without even realizing it. all 3 ive had with him, each one he makes it interesting. Best teacher at MCC!

DHens is the man, ridiculously funny. When in his class, you learn without even realizing it. Is very helpful in studying for tests and quizzes and goes out of his way to make sure he doesn't throw you any curveballs on the tests.
