He was NOT specific on any assignments and did not clarify if we asked. It was an full online class yet we had to meet so many times with him that was a grade. He is unorganized and is a tough grader. It did not matter if you were an english major, you will still get poor grades despite the hours you put in. Would NEVER take again.

I spent most of the class wondering what he was talking about- he would spend an hour attempting to teach MLA format yet contradicting himself in the process. Ridiculous when it come to grading- I got a C for putting the words Bibliography instead of Works Cited, although I was later told it didn't matter. Got an A but worked hard for it.

Professor Wright is eccentric and interesting. His class is for those who can handle open-ended assignments and aren't afraid to turn his guidelines into something creative. I enjoyed this kind of freedom. He will treat you like an adult, no hand holding, no pats on the back. Tough grader but if you show him you care he will reward your effort.

Avoid taking this professor at all cost. He is always off topic and rambling. He grades extremely hard and if you don’t write to his opinion he won’t give you a good grade. His homework doesn’t help at all although he assigns it every class period and if you ask him for help on your paper he’ll just tell you to go to the writing center. He's awful.

Prof Wright is a confusing teacher. He rambles on about nothing throughout the entire class making it feel never-ending. His assignments are not clear-cut and if you do not base your opinions on how he wants or write papers the way he wants, he will only give you a moderate grade. When he speaks he makes weird grunting-like noises when he speaks

He is no help at all. Does not give advice. For instance, ask if you should use a certain thesis.. his response "it's up to you". I'm paying you to teach me. He is a very distracted speaker, extremely hard to stay focused when he talks. The info from the books is helpful not the professor.
