Took BSYS 1001 online, and really enjoyed it. Learned how to use Word, PPT, and Excel. Ed, however, was a useless teacher. He was super unorganized, all the dates in D2L were wrong, and when you ask him a question, you get a less than helpful response. I don't know how he is in class, but I would never take one of his courses again.

He tells you to read the book to learn (teaching? forget it) and to deliver 2 exercises each day with 20 questions each. The students whom are familiar with Excel get to go home and the others have to struggle by themselves to learn the subject. He acts only as a tutor when you are stuck in a exercise. Good guy, but the worst teacher I ever had.

To be honest, he is a nice guy but knows nothing about the materials. His labs and lectures are waste of time. He even does not know what he is teaching. He had lots of storys but they are irrelevent to the course topic. The terrible thing is，he is the program head and you just can not get rid of.
