Our class didn't meet often enough for him to really teach, but when we did see him I just did not like how he presented himself. He acted like he hated being in the class and the whole thing was a big burden on him, which made it really hard for anyone else to enjoy the class. Bad experience.

I hate public speaking. At the end of the semester, we only had 1 1 min speech and 1 6 min speech through the entire semester. Make sure you do well on those two assignments because there's not much else to be graded on! I don't feel like I learned anything, but the lack of assignments made it an easy class. I think I'd take it again.

Took him for speech- man was this course OBSCURE. Might fail-only about 6 grades in class. He gives no guidelines/expectations for work or exams. It should have been an easy A class. Class is almost over and we have only given 1 (1 minute) speech. The rest of the time he's talking about himself and giving exams with purely subjective questions.

Dr. Debes did not let my Intro to Audio and Video class get any cameras to film. Instead he believes you can record on Ipads that act up on touchcast. Don't expect to get anything back in a timely matter. I learned I got a D on a test a week before finals and it was after the professor evaluations. He doesn't help you with vocabulary terms.

He had mostly no clue of the technology he was teaching us. He had the assistant that works in Hash in the room for most every class. He actually spent an entire class spraying the door hinges with WD-40. He graded us on topics that we did not go over in class. He is too smart to be teaching lower level courses.
