Arguably the best professor I've had. Class is only 3 tests. They come straight from his lectures. He's incredibly interesting and fun to talk to.

Prof Palmer is really sweet. His lectures can be boring but attendance is mandatory. The key to passing his class is by going to his TA's study sessions. He basically goes over EVERY important thing on the test. Not an easy A but easy if you put in 40% effort or more you'll do well.

Ed was an awesome teacher to talk to about class and life, but was kinda difficult to understand in his lectures. His ppt's don't have anything on them, so the book is pretty mandatory. The class wasn't that hard, but it definitely takes some studying. His TA gives review sessions; GO TO THEM. The class isn't that bad if you pay attention!

He is the most annoying teacher. He does not know what he is talking about and gets so carried away in weirdness during his lectures. His tests are so specific and broad. He says attendance will help and takes attendance in all class but for no reason. He is very hard and annoying teacher.

Mr Palmer is clear of what he want his from his students. He's a funny guy which makes attending class easier, and make learning about Law and Ethics enjoyable. However the most important thing is he's knowledgeable, he really understands and what he is teaching, BC HE'S A REAL BANKRUPTCY JUDGE! He know his stuff!

Test comes from Power Points. Only 3 test non consecutive, test are half multiple choice and writing responses, can be tricky. He's funny and easy going. read power points, you'll pass the class. Attendance goes toward grade and you don't have to go to court trial. if you don't go to class you wont understand power point. Take him!

Prof. Palmer is my favorite prof at GSU. He is knowledgeable and he makes business law fun. He has a great sense of humor. His midterms were harder. Mostly essay but he is very fair in grading and curves the midterm. He really wants his students to do well and really cares

Jesus christ, where do I begin with this guy? Professor Palmer is probably the BEST professor I've ever had thus far. EXTREMELY THOROUGH, ON POINT, AND CRYSTAL CLEAR about EVERYTHING you need to know. He seriously gives the best lectures. He has a great sense of humor, and is overall a well spoken man. Cant believe the semester is over! Great guy.

Best professor I've ever had! I actually wanted to come to his class. He really knew how to make the material interesting. The material isnt easy, but it's not hard, and if you come to class you will learn everything you need to know. His tests are based off his power points and some of what he says. come to class, you will get a good grade.

Palmer is hilarious. It was a hard class, but if you take good notes then it is definitely possible to make an A. He kept the class interesting with his sense of humor and sarcasm. I highly recommend him! The only class I did't fall asleep in. Loved it.

Awesome professor who will try to scare you on the first day. No assignments or quizzes just three tests. Tests were pretty hard. Not an easy A. Attendance is not mandatory but he takes role everyday and says it will benefit your grade in the end if you come. A great guy who can teach you a lot about business and life!

The tests aren't super hard you just have study and be able to write out the answers on the test which can be hard if you dont understand the material. Palmer is, by far, my favorite teacher. He told everything like it was and did not candy coat anything. The funny stories and genuine interest he had for the class made it a pleasure to attend (thank goodness because it was a night class). Palmer has ruined me for all other teachers as none can compare. I wish I had him for every class.

Like another rater said ignore Palmer trying to scare you at the beginning. I have recommended this class to several students - it is one I enjoyed going to. The pace of the class if FAST, so I would bring a computer if you cannot take notes fast. If you take great notes and study, you can get an A. Great mean, one of the best professors!

Very funny, and interesting! He is very good at what he does and you can tell. He has a story to go with topic discussed in class. Write every example he says in class so you can use it for the exams. There were 2 exams and a final. The exams are half short answer, half multiple choice. The final was all multiple choice.
