Really, really knows his stuff. Very good teacher. He's lazy, though, and doesn't really apply himself to teaching the course, preferring to teach Spanish at a local high school. I could picture him as a great graduate-level teacher and advisor.

He is funny because he spends most of the class telling stories *in English* about being in Sp speaking countries. When he teaches he is good, but there are not many oppertunities to speak in Sp for students so it is often more boring than other Sp clases

This is a professor that knows his subject matter! He is one of the professors who tries to get to know you and helps you out in any way that he can. Prof. Roca is one of the top professors I had during my stay at Conn. College
