Good, interesting class. You learn so much about the world, although she has a bit of a liberal point-of-view. But students are usually talking, so who cares? Interesting movies, only oral tests and written vocab. quizzes. You'll want to show up every day though, because a big part of the grade is participation. This has been a favorite class.

She really cares about her students and wants you to learn and succeed. The class is difficult, but if you try your hardest she will help you out when it comes time for final grades. You will learn a lot and she makes it fun. You have to go to class, but it's worth it. Highly recommended!

this class was much harder than i ever imagined it would be. there's a ton of writing, and this isn't even a writing emphasis class. i know it is upper level, but it is far to difficult--it rivals dr. flores. two words: run away

Really hard. Even the fluent speaker in class was having a hard time. Has almost same teaching style as Flores, which was only slightly harder. Personality is alright, but moves through material way too fast!

Really sweet and helpful. Cared about students and wanted them to actually learn spanish, not just pass a course.

Coolest course I've ever taken. She seems formal at first and expects a lot out of students, but really opens up as the semester passes.

Hardest and BEST teacher I had at TCU!!!!!I learned so much from her. If I could have taken her for more courses I would have had a much better education.
