I have just today learned of Professor Prempeh's passing and am shocked and deeply sadened. i was a student of his several years ago and just want to say how much i respected his professionalism, honesty, fairness and humour. he was one of the very few professors i've ever encountered that i actually had respect for. my prayers are with the family.

Professor Edward Prempeh died after a long illness in Ottawa on March 3rd, 2007. He stood brave defying the inevitable, teaching his students and creating a great learning experience for all, only two weeks before he passed away. Professor Prempeh - "the Energizer Bunny" - will be remembered, and his path will be followed. Rest in peace, dear prof.

amazing professor, very passionate about what he teaches. he is very upfront and honest about his biases. the only problem is that he has a TA mark the papers and exams, and he has admitted he has had issues more than once with the way in which they mark.

every lecture is an anti-corporate rant. i'm all for that, but it's hard to sit through 3 hours of it every week. very repetitive and boring. gets a bit defensive when people disagree with him in class. not great communication. seems friendly, but you get the uneasy feeling that it's all a front.
