He actually is a good professor that challenges you to think for yourself. His alternative approach comes of to others as strange and unconventional, but if you analyze the info given like he says to, you will see that you are gaining a valuable skill that will only benefit you in the CJ field. Dr. Ryan is not a bad teacher he just takes an alternative approach. no other teacher approaches analytical aspects of learning like he does. What I did like is how he is interested in us telling him wehat we learned as opposed to what we dont know. Class is a bit tiresome and easy but not a bad class, you can learn if you read the books
