Alright professor, I guess. She just seems a bit hypocritical because she was big on inflection of the voice and keeping the audience involved but she was one of the most boring professors I've ever had. Her grading rubric is inconsistent, but i guess that it just her trying to help and give credit to your 'strong points'.

Professor Young is the sure bet to getting over your fears of public speaking. She is helpful and gives feedback during and after your speech to help you improve. See her after class for any problems you have and she will help. Do all assignments and speeches you will get an A!

The professor misses class a lot which gets somewhat confusing at times, but she has a caring heart. You can tell she wants you to be a better public speaker. I improved greatly in this area because of her and I am happy I took her class.

Comment:

Vastly underated professor. She is the best speech professor on campus, and a close friend to her students. She really cares and she wants to see you succeed and become a better public speaker. I have improved vastly in that area, and I now look forward to PS'ing. The only question, is where did Mrs. Young go?

Really nice lady. She cancelled class a lot which was nice. Do all of the homework assignments cause they are a big part of your grade. They are really annoying but pretty easy. Do what she asks and you will get at least a B+.

Mrs. Young is one of the most laid back yet knowledgable teachers I've met. She is a great communication teacher by encouraging you and pushing you to do better at the same time (which isn't so easy). If you have to take comm, take it with Mrs. Young.
