do not take this instructor unless you are willing to teach yourself or you are a cheater (no offense). he does not keep office hours and does not respond to email. he is also unreliable. on week one of the semester he was 20-30 minutes late to a 50 minute class. I would not recommend this instructor. take someone else.

I absolutely love Dr. Ekwo. He is a very patient and funny funny professor. I have never enjoyed going to a math class until I met Dr. Ekwo. Take good notes, ask questions, do your homework, pass all your test and you will be fine

Dr.Ekwo is awesome. Attendance is a must. Complete all homework assignments it can help at the end its worth 20%. Do the study plan that's on the course compass or practice test to prepare for exam. And it's a must to have a graphing calculator.

I absolutely loved Dr. Ekwo's class. He is a very good professor and makes sure that his reviews coincides with his tests. He also gives students a chance to raise their grade especially by using the online COurse Compass homework and tests. If there was a professor that I would take twice, it would be Ekwo.

Comment:

Calculus is a different monster from any previous math class. It can be quite challenging. Prof Ekwo takes time to explain most of what one needs to know. The only thing I walked out of Cal not understanding was the proof method. Good thing I never have to take another math class again.

Prof.Ekwo is the best math prof @ TSU.He tries his best to make sure all students are on the same page.I'm sorry to say, but if you fail any of his classes you are just STUPID.Let's be real.If yu have taken his class you know what I mean.Take all notes, do the test reviews, and you pass.Oh and come to class, duh!TI-85 reccommended for m135 and up.

Took him for Business Calculus and he is one heck of a teacher. Always willing to help and tries his hardest to explain if you dont understand. I would reccomend this teacher to anyone. If you do your work in his class and TURN IT IN, there should be no reason for making anything under a B-.
