Sums Him Up: He misspells most things/has horrible grammar. He IS very all over the place. He'll email you literally 15 times a day. His exam Q's are based more on opinion than textbook. He doesnt seem technologically literate. You probably WILL be annoyed honestly. Same format for ea class he has Only plus is that his DB questions relate to exams

I took the online class and he was very helpful and answered any questions. He is easily accessible which helps when you are online. In my experience, he has been kind and approachable. Good Professor, just do your work.

Best professor I have had at PGCC. He is a genius when it comes to business. Tests are based on what he discusses in class so make sure to take good notes. Research paper required, don't slack on it. Paper definitely takes time to do. Easy class overall

BMT 1650 Customer Service. This is notably one of the most time-consuming classes that I took. It took so much time to do all the module questions, not to mention the discussion questions then you had to reply to 2 classmates. It was very time consumming and the Module questions a must do you missed it you would have extreme trouble on exam

His grading scale is unclear, to say the least. His teaching style is out of the ordinary. You have a lot of research questions plus Discussions with fellow classmates; create your response and reply to at least two is a must with long replies not only I agree. It was an extremly hard class to take.

Cooks really wanted us to be able to use the learning experiences for a personal benefit, not just because its needed to get the work done. He puts it in a real world perspective. He is highly interested for the students to learn and makes it clear. Always in a positive attitude. 100% focus should be towards his lectures, those info will come up!

This professor does assign a lot of written work, his exams are normally based directly from those written assignments. Textbooks aren't really required which is a plus for HR Management because the text book is about $250. I will say although I do think the assignments are overboard for full-time students this professor is one of the best.

His class can be heavy w/ the workload. However, I must say that I learned a lot from his modules and from the GDF questions. Though he is all over the place, when i got the change to meet him face to face I was fascinated by his energy and knowledge. Too bad I'm in Philly because I would love to take a class in person.

It's clear that those who took the class in person loved him and the ONLINE class hated him. I'm in the online class and it's extremely difficult. He jumps around so much I've got to wonder if he has ADHD and he's not medicated. This week we have 87 essay questions, with many of them having multiple questions,in addition to the discussion board.

This class was unbearable. The material and the way he goes about teaching the class is still very unclear to me. To tell you the truth I really didn't learn anything from this class, its really just a headache. He doesn't know proper english or good grammer and I'm so glad he isn't an English professor. this class is a waste of time and money.

I am dropping his online Customer Service class because of his abuse of HTML. His fonts are all ridiculously and unnecessarily bold and italicized. He includes marquees, some with annoyingly different speeds, colors, and background colors. His grammar and use of the general English language is atrocious. I'll register this class with someone else.

Tried to take his online HR Management course, and found the site completely incomprehensible. The assignments made little sense in terms of learning, but were geared towards regurgitation. His writing lacked any semblance of good grammar, spelling, or punctuation. Felt like I was wasting my money and time so will take this class with someone else.

Hated his class. Seems totally irrelevant to what I was expecting the course to be like. I stuck with it for while thinking it would get better..next thing I know hes assigning books reports on 15 different books WITHOUT even reading them (aka looking at the index and front/back covers). That is not how I learn so I withdrew asap.
