Elin is a good professor. She does her best to make the material interesting and understandable. She offered a useful excel tutorial for the Master Budget Assignment and she's always available to talk. She uses the textbook a lot too so consider getting it. Online assignments are a little long sometimes. Don't stress the master budget too much.

The best prof I have ever had - had her for Managerial as well as Cost. Explains topics clearly, and shows a genuine interest in the topics, as well as in her students understanding of complex issues. If you attend class, and do the assigned examples, you are golden.

Managerial and Cost Accounting. She is the best professor in the program. One of my favorites. Wish she tought all the courses becuase I would learn alot more than I would with other professors. If you go to class and pay attention you will have no problems. She shows alot of interest in helping you get through the course.The BEST professor!!

I had Elin for cost accounting, and she is a very clear, helpful and interesting prof. The course can be challenging at times, but she always does everything that she can to make sure that everyone understands. She marks very fairly, more on the easy side than hard, and the online assignments and assigned questions are actually helpful. Great prof!

I had Managerial Accounting with her and it was a good experience. She's really cool! The material can be tough but if you keep up on the assigned questions (even on your own) you'll be fine for testing. She's very willing to help :) and she's got cool style!

If you take an accounting class take it with her-I mean it!!She does NOT mark you based on whether she likes you. There is a little thing called a grading scheme that profs follow. Biggest tip-and keep this in mind-DO THE ASSIGNED QUESTIONS, or you'll be taking it again! And you don't want that.
