Lectures were absolutely awful, even for a dietetics major. Most students didn't even come to class. She didn't do course material justice. Discusses what beans grow well in Harrisonburg or how many bushels of broccoli she's canned this season. That said, her exams aren't difficult, just be prepared to keep an eye out for errors. And lab's fun!

she tells lots of her personal stories during class which, while cute, have very little to do with the lecture. labs are fun. must invest in a lab coat for the labs.

very boring lectures-rambles with no set train of thoughts...very unhelpful in lab, assumes u will already know where everything is and how to do everything, but if u can put up w/ that the tests are easy and as long as u do the labs u will get an A or B
