i thought it was easy, a lot of memorization and understanding evolution concepts and why they are grouped how they are. The lab was all about memorization. challenging class, but doable just listen to what they say to do to do good. a little unclear at times.

Not an easy class because of tedious memorization, but I found the class fun. I think people were hung up on the lab which comprises of memorizing the entire class of mammals by their skulls alone, and even memorizing most of the local species names by their furs. It was hard, but rewarding. I can still remember all of the families!

I took this class as an undergrad a few years ago and loved it. I thought she was awesome and I can still remember synapormorphies when I come across a skull to id it down to family. Def. a course for real biologists, not pre-med students.

Betsy knows her stuff but she's got a bit of an ego and no compassion at all. I learned a lot in her class but I could have done without the "I work 20 hours a day aren't I awesome" song and dance she gave.
