Probably my favorite professor ever. The class is super easy, one group paper & three midterms. I had this class once a week for 3 hours and we always left early. He is AWESOME. dont buy the txt book you don't need it trust me. He always has the best life advice he somehow relates to lectures.

I highly recommend. Not only are the text books cheap (and life changing, by the way), he provides a very friendly and welcoming environment, where you want to come to class. Tests are based on class notes and readings, not too hard. He is willing to work with students to adjust grading percentages. Great class.

Elliot is a GREAT professor! He doesn't have a textbook in class, just 3 amazing books that you could buy on half.com for like $2-$5 each! :) The midterm was not as bad as people say it was. I read Moments of Truth (one of the books) and skimmed through 1st Break all the Rules, took good class notes and got an A on the midterm! I highly recommend!!

Exams come straight from the PP. Gives you a studyguide for each exam and thoroughly know each concept and you will be golden! Class was pointless to go to unless a group activity was given. Other than that i never went. I got a B and put in little to no effort in this class. DONT BUY BOOK!

Tests are mostly straight from the powerpoints. Lecture examples are cool: we watch relevant, funny & moving video clips to contrast the content. The group project sounded cool in the beginning, but my group wasn't my favorite. The project is pretty easy to do though.

Not sure why this professor got such high ratings, his class is packed with lots of vagueness and subjectivity. Unclear lectures with unrelated videos, difficult tests with trick questions. Doesn't seem invested in students interest at all, just there to get his paycheck. Group project is pointless and busywork. I wouldn't take this guy again.

Don't bother going to class. Unless you have group activities. Stay in contact with your group and do good on the paper. As for the exams, go over the ppt slides and you'll get an A.. This class was a breeze. (You do need the book for some questions, especially the final. I strongly recommend buying it.) Most I studied was an hour per exam.

EXCELLENT instructor, easily my favorite bc he is clear, concise, and presents information in an easy-to-digest manner. Loved the real world examples and stories from his consulting background. You will learn much more than you anticipate in his class bc of the group projects as well. Added bonus: he is an extremely attractive man.

Dr. Kushell is truly remarkable. He has a wealth of experience in the real world as an executive consultant and passes on that knowledge to his students. Each lecture is fun and interesting, filled with examples and stories from his own life. Easily one of the best professors at CSUF. Do yourself a huge favor and don't miss out on this professor.

Awesome teacher! Easily in my top 2 all-time. Actually enjoys teaching; not in it for the govt. pay & pension. One thing I would suggest is to just study off of his study guide, or if other classmates/groups compile one, because if you read the book, there is a lot of unnecessary info that may confuse what you need to remember for the test!

This Professor is HOT!I often find it hard to focus in the class because I cant get his insane hotness off my mind. Kushell is hella chilbo. Go to office hours, he is even HOTTER in person!He is very clear, extremely helpful, and HOT! The group project is HOT too!

Test are a bit confusing even when you study so read chapters multiple times. My group was amazing so group project was fun and a breeze. Lectures are good, no powerpoints so go to class. He tells you what parts to go over for the tests and is very straight forward. Take him, i really liked this class. I would retake him if i could do it over again

This was one of my favorite classes during the semester. Kushell is a nice guy and class is entertaining. Group projects makes up a lot of your grade, and it's fun! Tests are based on the books and in class material. must read the books. Tests are semi difficult. Received a B in the class.

Great teacher. Enjoyed his class a lot, but read the book if you want to do well on the tests. Attendance isn't mandatory, but I think it helped me learn the concepts better by going. Really laid back guy. Highly recommended.

Very difficult to get an A...easy to pass. He grades really hard on the paper and tests are tricky- especially the final. The paper is ridiculous because its a huge part of your grade and the groups are 8 people each!! Although not many people get an A in his class, he does use a curve.

Be aware of his ego- he made sure to let me know that an overall A was 86 points on the curve when I had 85.6 points...He gets a kick out of screwing with you. I got a B by less than half a point after doing well on the tests- but our group paper got a B. It sucks that 40% of your grade is dependent on other people ( he gets a kick out of that too)
