AWESOME PROFESSOR!! best language prof ive had so far! she's really sweet and makes class fun! she really knows her grammar, which makes it extremely helpful! she never says "just because it's that way." She explains why and she makes learning a new languge A LOT easier.

In all honesty..Excellent teacher!Very well organized and very helpful,she makes class fun. I had no interest in spanish before the class. i learned alot. She kept me awake @ 7am. Attend class and make the effort and you will succeed. Worry about presenting? DONT. she makes it easy/nopressure.Definately take her!! Id take her again if i could.

Very helpful if you take her class seriously. Attendance is required, and if you miss more than 5 days it will lower your grade, and if you miss more than 10 days you will be dropped. With effort you definitely can earn an A. Test and Quizzes are the same for all sections of Spanish 101. I earned an A, and had no foreign language background.

This prof. was not very kind or patient with all students. She does seem nice and professional at times but then at the same time she was rude and almost insulting at others. I had a horrible experience in her class as did the others around me. She was not very available to help after class and if she was, she rushed you and made you feel stupid.

Kind, sincere, talented teacher. You *will* learn Spanish and you will be in a comfortable environment while doing so. I had her in Fall '05 for a 7AM daily class and she somehow woke us up and kept us engaged. Do the homework and review for tests. Not a difficult class- just time-consuming. Do whatever you have to in order to get this teacher!

No Spanish 120 class is easy, but this teacher makes it a fun and rewarding learning experience. She is a wonderful teacher who tells you what you can do to get an A, and she gives it to you if you do the work. She makes the language come alive. All language classes are a lot of work. If you want an easy A, don't take a language class.

She is a great teacher. I'm taking her summer class and it is so exciting and fun because of her teaching style. She communicates with the class on a real level and can make anyone smile with her constant state of happiness. She is very helpful and very thorough in her teaching and I would recommend her to anyone!

She is an awesome teacher. She loves what she does and she loves the Spanish language. Lots of work though, but you do learn alot. She went way out of her way to try to help me pass (I was passing on my own then had a family emergency and had to miss a lot of school). Great teacher- hopefully can find a Span. professor like her in IL.
