I really disliked this prof. Hated his teaching style - he would give you assignments to complete and than after they were submitted, then he taught you how to do it properly. Sheesh! But I gotta admit, he does actually care about his students. Some like his teaching style. Personally, I don't.

You will likely learn alot in this class (as I did) but Erhan is not a very good prof. The lectures are pretty much useless apart from the guest speakers so make sure you go to the labs because that is the only place you will learn anything.

Class structure had an elitist feel. I would recommened attending only the lectures of innovative guests, as the remaining material is suitable only if you want to please your boss and slowly work your way up a dismal corporate ladder for 40 years.

Great teacher. Innovative, and energetic. Knows his stuff and cares about students. Arrogance complaints may have some merit, but overall very good. Definatley not a free ride.

Like alot of people are saying. True I did learn a bunch of stuff in the class, but there was no way I was going to the lectures to hear him talk about how great he was. I think the real people behind this class are the lab instructors, they were the ones that taught me, not Erhan.

This whole course is show, and so is the prof. There's really no substance. It's easy as hell if you understand excel. The only thing I learnt was that students will fall for anything if you turn on music and dance like a monkey. Dance, Erhan, dance!
