This man is the worst professor I have ever had. Should've retired a long time ago. Teaches nothing of value and grades extremely subjectively. I compared one test I got a 70 on with a friend's (he got a 95). The answers were the same; he just decided to give him a better grade than me.

Although I do not learn as much in class as I would have liked to, I did learn through our quizzes and exams. Quizzes given out every class, he drops 9 of them and takes your three best tests out of five. I received an A- and I didn't study much each week. He is a very fair teacher.

85 years old as of the end of my semester with him. Nice guy but very forgetful. Attendance isn't mandatory but there is a quiz at the end of every class. He drops a good amount of your lowest quiz, exam and hw grades so If you can work the numbers to your advantage you could miss a quarter of the class days, skip the final and still get an A.

This class was unreal. He doesnt teach anything and expects you to answer all questions based on his own opinion. I did not learn anything useful in the final marketing course because of him. He is the only one that teaches this course though so you have no choice... GOOD LUCK. Absolutely terrible.

The most useless class I've taken. You can get a B+ without really trying. He wrote the book and has memorized it. He expects that you will know exactly which page to find the information needed for the case study. Randomly gives credit on tests and studies, forgets everything. Don't take it unless you have to or you want an easy A/B

Very unfair and unequal in grading. Tells you that it is hard to not get an A, but his subjective exams make no sense and you cannot negotiate answers even though your neighbor has full credit for it already. Sweet old man, but needs to retire, too far gone.

No clear instructions. No lectures. Just stories about his life as an engineer, his family and the candy. Don't try to argue - he always knows better even if he has no clue. Cases are not clear - it's hard to understand where the problem is. Homemade book is a joke. Worst class I have taken so far (it's my 4th semester). Avoid taking if you can.

Very easy class. Assignments are very manageable and exams are open book. This may be the easiest grade you get while in the program. In addition to this, it may also be the class you take the least away from. Very little lecture. All the reading is done during the 1st two weeks of class and then you just do the cases and tests.

Cooke is past his prime. NEVER, EVER clear. Was in many ways condescending to students when they tried to ask questions. Take it from this alum --do whatever you need to do to get another professor. You won't learn anything with Cooke. His "homemade" textbook is a joke.
